What we get from you, what we use it for, and when it stops being with us.
01 Who we are and what this warning does
KLIPTOWN PUBLICITY AND DIDENO, S.A. DE C.V., home in Avenida Tamaulipas No. 150, Piso 18, Int. 1801, Colonia Hipódromo, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06100, Mexico City and e-mail info @ prismaesuo.com.mx is the one who receives, saves and uses the personal data that you share. In this privacy notice we refer to ourselves simply as "we." This document is in full compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of the Individuals, its Regulations and the Guidelines of the INAI.
02 What data come to our records and why
Our site does not generate accounts or passwords; the only way your personal data comes to us is through the contact form, and only when you decide to complete it to request information or a quote. The fields we ask for are: (i) name and first name, (ii) telephone number, (iii) e-mail and (iv) the service that you are interested in, that is, we ask exactly what we need to be able to answer, nothing more.
When a project is formalized and requires operational coordination, we can request your RFC and tax data to issue the relevant RIDF, in accordance with the obligations of the Federation Tax Code.
03 Why do we use what we receive?
We use your data for a specific purpose: (i) contact you, (ii) understand what type of audiovisual project you have in mind and, if appropriate, (iii) send you information about our plans and services.
We don't sell your data, we don't use them to send you third-party advertising and we don't analyze them for purposes other than your project or the business relationship we have with you. If at some point we want to get back in touch with a previous request that did not come into being, we will let you know and you can tell us not to do so; at that time we stopped trying and recorded your preference to respect it in the future.
04 Who else can see your data
Your data are not sold, rented or given for commercial purposes to third parties outside of us. Access is limited to the staff of our team directly involved in meeting your request, following up your project or performing administrative and billing tasks. In some cases, we can rely on service providers (e.g. technology tools or billing services) who treat data on our own under confidentiality contracts and only for the purposes described in this notice. If, by legal obligation, tax, judicial or regulatory authority we are required to share information, we shall provide it only in the terms that such obligation provides.
05 How long we keep your data
The data on a contact form that did not result in a project are deleted or dissociated within a maximum of six months of the last interaction with you. Billing and documentation data related to contracted services are kept for at least five years, as provided for in the Federation Tax Code and other applicable provisions. Once the storage deadlines have expired, the information is blocked to stop using it and is subsequently destroyed or dissociated in an irreversible manner, unless there is a legal obligation that requires us to keep it longer.
06 Your ARCO rights about this information
The law recognizes four rights that can be exercised at any time:
- Access (know what data we have and how we use them),
- Rectification (correct what is incomplete or outdated),
- Cancellation (request that we remove them when appropriate) and
- Opposition (indicate that we stop using them for some specific purpose).
To exercise any of these rights, you can write us to info @ prismaesuo.com.mx or call us at + 52 1 55 5553 0504, Monday to Friday from 09: 00 to 18: 00 hrs, including its full name, a description of the right you want to exercise and a copy of an official identification; we will respond in a maximum of 20 working days in accordance with applicable regulations. If you feel that we do not respond to your request correctly, you can go to INAI through www.inai.org.mx to file the appropriate complaint or complaint.
07 When this text changes
We can update this privacy notice to reflect changes in the way we treat your data or the applicable regulations. When that happens, we will publish the new version on our site, indicating the date of entry into force, and the changes will not affect projects already in progress under terms previously agreed with you.
